Arthog – Dolgoch Falls walk with slate mines Mr Lloyd’s group enjoyed seeing part of the Dolgoch falls through a magical woodland. The children were fascinated by the coins in the root of the tree. We explored a few old slate mine tunnels where the children experienced true darkness and deathly silence.
