Please see below the arrangements for collecting children at our Christmas Fair on Friday.
The fair starts at 2.30pm. Children can be collected from their outside classroom door from 2.30pm to 3.10pm. At 3.10pm KS2 children will be taken onto the playground for collection as usual. KS1 children will be collected from their classroom door as usual. Some classes will be in other classes so please check the list below.
Class 6 will be in class 6
Class 5 will be in class 5
Class 4 will be in Ladybirds class
Class 3 will be in Ladybirds class
Ladybirds will be in Squirrels class
Squirrels will be in Squirrels class
Hedgehogs will be in Hedgehogs class
Snowdrops will be in Snowdrops class
Please note: Shawbury Stars will be in Snowdrops class from 3pm to 4pm. They will then go back to the Stars room after 4pm.
Once you have collected your child please enter the Christmas Fair through the main entrance by the school office.
