Thank you to everyone who has handed in a letter giving permission for their child to walk home alone either after school, after clubs or both.

If you wish for your child to walk home alone you must hand in written consent to the school office, otherwise your child will be kept in school until somebody collects them.

All after school clubs are up and running. Please note KS1 Lego and KS2 Lego is not running next Tuesday 17th September due to staff training.

Please ensure you inform the school office if your child is not attending a club they have signed up to.

Mr Chiverton will be holding a parents meeting for those parents who have children attending the residential.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday 18th September at 3.20pm. Please join us.

Several children have lost school jumpers and cardigans since we have started this term.

Can we ask you to check the name in your child’s uniform this weekend, just to ensure they have brought the correct one home.

Music lessons from Shropshire Music Service have now commenced. If your child has taken their first lesson this week, please let us know if they wish to carry on for the rest of the term.

September 2019

All children who returned a clubs letter have been allocated a place at their chosen club.  KS1 Lego and KS2 Lego clubs have been split into 2 groups as to many children wanted to join.  We are waiting to hear from the Gymnastic teacher to see if we should split Gym club into 2 groups as a lot of children would like to join.  We will let you know about Gym on Monday.

After speaking to the outside agencies they have confirmed they can run the clubs for 13 weeks, so the charge will be £39 not £33. This will be on sQuid early next week.
