The children have been superstars and had an amazing day! Unfortunately, we have been unable to upload any pictures this evening due to a website issue but once the problem has been solved, we will post them up.

This evening, children are completing a picture treasure hunt and will be packing their bags for the journey home. They can’t wait to see you all!

Well, it has been another fantastic day today! We have been hill walking, canoeing, climbing and problem solving. We have just finished dinner and are preparing to go orienteering. Tonight, we are planning on having an early night to prepare for another busy day tomorrow!

What a brilliant day!

Today, children have been gorge-walking, rock climbing, scrambling, raft building and have completed a treasure trail. This evening, we will have a night walk and put our torches to good use!

We have arrived!

After a two and a half hour journey, we arrived just before lunch. After lunch, we enjoyed some team games and our first visit to the beach. We have had a delicious dinner of pizza and chips and are just about to embark on a night line adventure. Everyone is happy and we have had an amazing first day.

Class 10 have had the most fantastic term! They have worked so hard and blown us away with their resilience and determination. This week, we looked at the impact of migration on life in Britain, focusing on food art (photography) and music. We researched on an artist called Peter Brathwaite who recreates famous historic portraits using everyday household items. We worked in pairs to recreate paintings using items found in the classroom and around school.

We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Enjoy the Christmas break and we look forward to seeing you all again in January.
