We have had an amazing first week back after half term. We have made a number of changes to some of our routines within the school day and the children have responded superbly, we are all very proud of them.

We will be supporting Children in Need this year by asking all children to come to school wearing their pyjamas or onesie, and pay £1 donation.

As part of our ‘Celebrating Me Day’ on Wednesday 13th, we are very lucky to be having a visit from RAF Shawbury when they will be landing a helicopter on the school field.

All the children in school will get a chance to visit the helicopter throughout the morning and ask the pilots any questions they may have.

The Book People will be bringing their Book Bus to our school on Thursday 14th November.

Children will visit the book bus in their classes throughout the day to look at the books. You can then take your child when you collect them at the end of the day to purchase books from the bus.

The bus will be with us from 8.30am to 5pm.

Please check the name in your child’s uniform and pe kit over the holidays to ensure they have taken the right clothes home.

We are still missing several items of uniform and pe kit.
