We hope you all had a wonderful relaxing Christmas break.

We have had a great first week back at school with the children working extremely hard and with a positive attitude to their learning.

Thank you to everyone who has returned their after school club forms for this term. Every child that returned a form has been allocated a place at their chosen club. KS2 Art, KS2 Lego, Year 1 & 2 Colouring and Year 1 & 2 Lego have to many children so we have split them into groups.

All clubs start next week except KS2 Dance Club which starts on Wednesday 22nd January.

All outside agency clubs have now started (Dodgeball starts on Monday). Please ensure you pay the fees for these clubs on sQuid or by cash to the school office.

There are several people with money outstanding from last terms clubs. Please ensure these debts are cleared for your child to be able to attend this terms clubs.

Washing throughout the day keeps the nasty bugs at bay v2

Christmas Fair  – A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Christmas Fair. We raised an amazing £1,082 which will be spent on books for our new class libraries. We would like to say special thank you to Mr Rowland and Barclays bank for match funding our raffle money total.

Christmas Performances – We are very proud of the performances that reception, year 1 and year 2 shared with you last week. The children worked extremely hard and were amazing during both performances. Thank you to everyone who attended our KS2 Carol Concert last night. It was a lovely festive evening at St Mary’s Church.

We would like to thank all of the children for their hard work and enthusiasm and parents/carers for all of their support during this busy term.

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday 7th January (Monday 6th January is a PD day)

We will be sending out a letter, first week back after Christmas, informing you of what staff led clubs will be available next term.

The staff led clubs will then commence the second week of term.

Violin, Keyboard, Guitar and Ukulele lessons will commence the first week back after Christmas.

We will assume your child is continuing with lessons if we have not heard from you to cancel.

Please ensure you have paid this half terms fees.  Invoices for the next half term will be coming home early in January.

Thank you to everyone who has handed in a form signing their child up to one of our outside agency clubs.  There are only 2 places remaining on KS2 dodgeball club, there are 8 places available at KS1 gymnastic club and currently we only have 7 children signed up to Reception/KS1 multi skill club so we need more children to sign up.
