Class 6 are visiting Pizza Express on Tuesday 15th October.

They will be leaving school at 9am and returning by 12noon. Your child will bring their pizza back to school to eat for lunch, so will not require a school lunch that day.

Please ensure your child brings a coat as we have to walk from Pizza Express to the coach.

Learncycling are coming into school on Wednesday 16th, Thursday 17th and Friday 18th October to do bikeability training with year 6.

Please ensure your child brings their bike and helmet to school each day, or alternatively your child’s bike can remain in school. Also please ensure your child brings a coat on all days.

Rev Rich will be coming into school on Thursday 10th October to hold a Harvest Assembly with our children.  Unfortunately, due to the size of the hall, we are unable to invite parents along.

We would like parents/carers to help us collect food and essential goods donations (see list below) for our chosen charity ‘Shrewsbury Food Bank’.  Children can bring in tins, packets and boxes of food on Thursday 10th and we will then take it to the ‘Shrewsbury Food Bank’.

Thank you in advance for your donations.

Thomas Adams are hosting an Open Day and Evening on Tuesday 8th October, for children in year 5 or 6.

The day tours will take place at 9.15am and 11.45am  and the open evening is from 5.30pm to 8pm.

They would love to see you there.

A few people have asked if they can purchase a second hoody for their year 6 child.

We have spoken to the company and this is an option. However, the price for a second hoody would be £25 each, if we order 20 or less or £20 if we order more than 20.

Can you please let us know on Monday if you would like to purchase a second hoody so we can work out numbers and costs involved.

Thanks
