Nursery home learning

Hello to all our lovely Nursery Children,

We are so disappointed not to be starting this new term together, but we thought you might like some activities to do at home this week.

Our topic this term is Plants and Growth so I will give you some ideas for activities that you might like to have a go at.

If you wanted to show us some of your super work once its done, you can e-mail admin@shawburystmarys,co,uk, and we will take a look.

  1. Draw and colour a picture of a flower naming all the colours you choose.

2. Go on a leaf spotting mission in your garden and count out how many leaves you           find.

3. Have a go at this flower craft activity, then take a look at the drawing of a flower               and see what the different parts on your flower are called. Open the links below.

Virtual School Games week 3

On your marks, get set, GO!  It’s week three of #VirtualSTWSchoolGames and this week our challenge is athletics!

Remember, #VirtualSTWSchoolGames is open to all primary school age children – simply send the videos of your challenge attempt to schoolgames@energizestw.org.uk.  Don’t forget that you can continue to send in your challenge attempts for Dodgeball and New Age Kurling at any point up to 29thJune.

Recycle your christmas jumper stall

This year at the Christmas fayre we will be holding a recycle your Christmas jumper stall. If you have any unwanted or outgrown Christmas jumpers to donate to our stall please bring them to Ladybird class or to the main office anytime before Friday. They will be on sale at the fayre for £2 each.

Please note: Christmas jumpers must be in good, clean condition.
