Diabetes Awareness Day – Thursday 14th November 2024

For Diabetes Awareness Day, Ollie Meagre discussed Type 1 diabetes to Class 8. He spoke positively about how he tracks his levels, what his day to day routine is and how he tests his levels by doing a finger prick test. The children listened so well and even got the chance to ask Ollie any questions they had. Ollie decided to bring in blue lollipops to celebrate the day with his class.
