Eco Club in Enrichment
Eco Club met for the first time during Enrichment this week, and it was a fantastic start. Pupils discussed the Shropshire IT Recycling scheme, learning about how unwanted IT equipment can be reused and recycled to reduce waste and support sustainability.
As part of the session, children worked together to create eye-catching posters to help share this important message with the wider St Mary’s community. These will be shared to raise awareness and encourage everyone to think carefully about how we dispose of old technology and raise funds for school in the process.
We’re really proud of the enthusiasm and creativity shown in our first Eco Club session and look forward to many more eco-friendly projects this half term.
