Today, the children learnt about the difference between needs and wants. They explored how needs are things we must have to live and stay healthy, such as food, water, and shelter, while wants are things we would like to have, like toys and treats. Through discussions and activities, the children practised sorting items into needs and wants and began to understand why it is important to make sensible choices.
