Today, we had a discussion about making profit. The children discussed what profit means and how businesses make it. We discussed that profit is the money left over after the cost of making or buying something has been taken away from the money earned from selling it. As a group, we came up with the idea of selling ice pops to show how profit is made.
On Thursday 9th July, the finance group will be selling ice pops for 20p!
