This week, in First Aid we identified hazards in areas around home and school. Then, we learnt the numbers we need to call in an emergency and the steps we need to take if we come across a casualty.
We had different scenarios which we role played what we would do and how we can help.
For lots of children the main learning point from the session was to always check the area around the injured person for any hazards or dangers, so that they do not injure themselves as well.
