Enrichment Friday – Mindfulness and Spirituality What an amazing way to end the week! Mindfulness enrichment group made calming cups. They had to create a hole in the top of their cup, decorate their cup and stick strips of tissue paper to the bottom of the cup. Once they had finished they practised breathing in through their nose and out through their mouth into the cup. They loved watching the tissue paper wave around. They discussed how their cup could be used to breathe through moments of anxiousness, anger or sadness.
