Enrichment Friday – Spirituality and Mindfulness This week in our enrichment session we learnt how breathing can help settle our minds. We watched a video with Dr Ranj and practiced different mindfulness breathing techniques. These included using our senses to focus our minds and taking mindfulness moments to ourselves. We explored how these mindfulness moments can help when we are reflecting during other moments in our lives. After this, we used one of the breathing techniques to complete dot to dot patterns.
