This week, our Ukraine Partnership Group have been busy writing introductions about themselves to share with students at our partner school in Poltava. As we have welcomed several new members to the group this year, the children wanted to introduce themselves and help their new friends get to know them better.
In their introductions, the children shared information about their interests, favourite school subjects, pets and some of their memorable experiences from the summer holidays. They worked hard to write engaging pieces that reflected their personalities and will give their friends in Poltava a glimpse into their lives.
The group is now looking forward to their first online call next week. It will be a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new students from our partner school. The children are excited to build new friendships, learn more about each other’s lives and continue strengthening the special partnership between our schools.
