During this week’s Enrichment Friday session, our UK–Ukraine Partnership Group worked together to plan a potential visit to meet our partner school. The session was both exciting and thoughtful, as students explored how such a trip could become a reality. As flying directly to Ukraine is not currently possible, students researched neighbouring countries such as Poland, as possible starting points. They then considered onward travel by train or coach, carefully comparing journey times, costs, and practical arrangements.
