UK Ukraine Partnership – Enrichment Friday Today we started a new enrichment group for our UK/Ukraine partnership. The group has children from year 3 through to year 6. During the session today, we discussed our partnership school in Poltava and the reading for pleasure project that the children will start in the next week. After this, the children got the opportunity to read the letters from Poltava, which they absolutely loved. They enjoyed finding similarities between themselves and the children in Ukraine. After reading the letters, each child recorded a message responding to a letter. These will be added to a communication padlet so that the children in Poltava can listen to them. We cannot wait to continue this partnership and look forward to introducing the children to each other next week.
